No, desktop charger is not include the power cord, just use your original AC adapter plug into the desktop. It should work perfect.

2)Its been some time now and i still have not received it, whats up?
We normally ship products out next business day when customer paid. If still haven't receive them, it probably mail lost. Please contact us that we will check for USPS, so we will send another package for you.
